Emma is a proud Wake Forest Academy of Fine Arts alum where she grew up training in a wide variety of styles as a member of the ensemble competition team. She attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she earned a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in dance. During her four years at UNCC, she remained involved in the dance community as a member of the Gold Dusters dance team and student-led dance organizations.

While in college, Emma also taught at a studio in Charlotte, where she instructed dancers ages preschool to high school in styles including tap, ballet, jazz, hip hop, acro and beyond. She had the opportunity to work with their competition team that allowed her to showcase her dancers talent at local competitions.

Emma is excited to share her love for dance and is passionate about helping young dancers find joy in movement while building their confidence. She is beyond excited to return to WFAFA, this time as a teacher, and is looking forward to inspiring the next generation of dancers.
